Here in Ynyshir Primary School we aim to provide an inclusive, happy, authentic and stimulating environment for all pupils in which teaching, and learning can flourish.

We are committed to ensuring equality of education and opportunity for all pupils irrespective of their background, needs and wishes.

 

We recognise that children may have additional learning needs either throughout, or at any time during, their school career. Our inclusive approach ensures that all staff plan to meet the needs of the child.

 

In September 2021 the Additional Learning Needs and Educational Tribunal (Wales) Act will begin and as a school we are working on ensuring that this will be a smooth transition.
