Summer Trip
We are running a whole school Summer Trip to Weston Super Mare on Friday 28th June.
The total cost of each person going will be £9.
We are encouraging families to come on the trip.
All children in the foundation phase will need to be accompanied by an adult if they would like to go.
We would also like junior children to attend the trip with an adult.
The bus will be leaving school around 8am and roughly leaving Weston at 4pm.
School staff will set up some games/ activities at different times throughout the day on the beach.
We will not be able to take children who are not currently in Ynyshiir Primary School due to insurance.
If you would like to book a place please complete the link below.
Over the next few days there will be an online link to pay for the trip or the money can be paid to at the main office.
We would like to thank all of our parent's, grandparents and carers who cam to support the children in a very Welsh assembly today.
We hoped you enjoyed as much as we did!
Diolch yn Fawr!
This morning the children enjoyed a workshop from Image Theatre Company. They watched the show Pinocchio and some children also were chosen to become part of the cast.
We would like to help the children at Ynyshir Primary to thank and celebrate the wonderful women in their lives on mothers day.
We will be putting on a gift making workshop after school on Thursday 28th March. The workshop will last half an hour and children can be collected at 3.45.
The workshop will cost, £2per child. This will cover the cost of the gift, gift wrap and tag. If you would like your child to attend the Mothers Day gift making workshop please send in £2 in a sealed envelope with your child’s full name and class written on the front by Tuesday 19th March.
Thank you again for your continued support.

St David's Day Eisteddfod
The children took part in a fantastic morning of celebration for St David's Day. There was singing, poetry dancing and readings from children across the school.
The children had taken part in handwriting, art and writing competitions throughout the week.
The house points were counted and Ty Melyn were our overall winners!
Dai iawn all!
